The SGBCLLEN acknowledges the outcome of the Victorian Government’s School to Work 2027–2029 procurement process.
While this outcome will mean changes to the way School to Work services are delivered across the region, we recognise the significant value created through 25 years of collaboration between schools, employers, training providers, community organisations and local networks.
The SGBCLLEN Board will now undertake a considered review of the future direction and sustainability of our organisation, including opportunities to strengthen collaboration, develop new funding and service models, and determine the most effective organisational arrangements for the future.
Our priority throughout this process will be ensuring that the needs of young people and the communities we serve remain at the centre of our decision-making.
We thank our partners, members, schools, employers, community organisations, volunteers and supporters for their contribution to the work of the LLENs and their commitment to improving pathways and opportunities for young people across Gippsland.
